If at any time you are unhappy with something that you have purchased from FANTASY DANCEWEAR, please email us
CLICK HERE TO SEND QUERIES with return in the subject line. Then please describe the nature of the problem and we will issue a return authorization number. We do not accept returns on garments unless there is a manufacturers defect. However, you may exchange said garments for a different size. Only UNWORN, UNWASHED,and UNDAMAGED items with tags(if any) will be considered. Items in question will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A return authorization number MUST accompany all exchanges. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Custom orders are not exchangeable, Where possible, alterations will be made to accomodate the client.

FABRICS

Our fabrics are continually changing. We are a small manufacturer and therefore do not purchase thousands of meters of fabric. We always have a variety of solid colors in stock but our patterned lycras change constantly. If there is something specific you are looking for, please email us with as much description as possible and we will do our best to find it for you!

SHIPPING

Shipping within Canada is via Canada Post. All items must be insured and signed for. We gladly accept foreign orders, which will be quoted at time of order. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to import taxes and brokerage and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
